We’re looking for a
UX Designer & Content Writer
to help transform a global HR Knowledge Base into a world-class self-service experience for managers and employees.

This role combines
content strategy
,
information design
, and
UX writing
, ensuring every HR article is clear, consistent, and user-focused.

You’ll design an intuitive
information architecture
that supports easy navigation and search, while enabling
AI and chatbot-driven automation
. Working closely with HR experts, developers, and AI specialists, you’ll define scalable content standards, templates, and governance models for sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Redesign and optimize the HR Knowledge Base for clarity, usability, and findability.
• Review, rewrite, and standardize knowledge articles.
• Build scalable content structures to support AI-driven search and chatbots.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to align design and content strategies.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms.
• Strong background in UX writing , content design , and information architecture .
• Familiarity with knowledge management , AI-based search , or chatbot integration .
• Excellent communication, editing, and collaboration skills.
