We are seeking a user-focused and research-driven
UX Designer
to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving user problems through research, design thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes and prototypes
• Design intuitive user flows and interaction models
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product teams
• Create and maintain design systems and UX guidelines
• Analyse user feedback and improve product experiences
• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UX design or product design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process (research, wireframes, prototypes)
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to solve complex problems through design thinking
• Based in Australia with full working rights

• Experience working in Agile or product development teams
• Knowledge of UI design principles and design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar)
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce products
