About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our creative team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the technical expertise to execute projects across multiple disciplines. This role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between designing compelling graphics, creating engaging motion graphics, editing high-quality videos, and developing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaboration with marketing, product development, and creative teams is essential to produce cohesive and innovative digital content that aligns with brand strategies and project goals.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work—including graphics, animations, videos, and UI designs—is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or Adobe XD is required. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work under deadlines are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create innovative visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials that capture audience attention.
- Design logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across all platforms and marketing channels.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for various digital platforms.
- Create animations for product demos, advertisements, and social media reels to enhance visual storytelling.
- Design explainer videos that effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple and appealing manner.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and product promotion campaigns.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color grading to enhance video quality.
- Generate short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.
UI / UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to facilitate seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure responsive, functional, and visually appealing designs.
- Implement best practices in usability and user experience standards to maximize user satisfaction.
