🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a user-focused and detail-oriented
UX Designer
to craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In this fully remote role, you’ll lead the user experience process from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UI Designers to transform complex ideas into seamless, user-friendly solutions.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Translate product requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Collaborate with UI Designers and developers on implementation
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing insights
• Contribute to design systems and UX standards
• Advocate for accessibility and user-first design principles
• Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in UX design or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of usability principles and interaction design
• Experience with research methods and usability testing
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or web platforms
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working with design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
