We’re looking for a
creative and user-focused UX Designer
to help design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to research, design, and improve user journeys across our digital products in a
remote-first environment
.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts .
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate user insights into intuitive and user-friendly design solutions .
• Improve existing products by identifying usability issues and recommending enhancements .
• Maintain design documentation and UX guidelines .
• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices .

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar .
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices .
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills .
• A portfolio showcasing UX design projects is required.
• Fluent in English .
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time .
