About The Role
Join a Fortune 100 financial organization as a UX Content Designer supporting the modernization and optimization of their Small Commercial agent quoting experiences. You'll help build best-in-class digital tools for power users-tools that improve agent efficiency, satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.
You'll work alongside a mature UX team and benefit from a thriving content design community of practice, where you can exchange ideas and grow your craft. This role offers a high degree of autonomy while keeping you connected to a collaborative, cross-functional product environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate in Agile Teams: Partner with product owners, designers, engineers, marketers, analysts, and researchers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Design Content Strategically: Use content design and strategy methods to identify opportunities for improving UX through language and structure.
- Write with Purpose: Create concise, user-friendly content that aligns with tone, voice, and brand standards.
- Champion the User: Continuously gather and apply user feedback to refine and optimize content.
- Navigate Complexity: Coordinate across multiple projects and teams to ensure a seamless experience within a complex product ecosystem.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in UX content design or related roles.
- Proven success working on design teams and delivering content for external-facing digital applications.
- Experience supporting agile software teams in a scrum environment.
- Familiarity with content design tools and methods (e.g., content audits, competitive analysis, user research, personas).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
- A portfolio showcasing your writing, problem-solving, and impact on business and user outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset and attention to detail, with comfort giving and receiving feedback across levels.
