We are seeking a highly motivated
UX Content Designer
to join our growing
Customer Experience (CX) team
. This technical role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital design, structured content, and creating intuitive, user-centered experiences. You will be responsible for wireframing and designing internal Prism intranet sites, maintaining and organizing content libraries, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure content is clear, accessible, and optimized for use with AI-powered tools and platforms.
In addition to content design, this role includes
broader responsibilities such as interface design
and close collaboration with the
UX Research
and
Transformation and Communication
teams to align content and interface strategy with user needs and change initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills across multiple areas of UX within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Primary Responsibilities.
· Design and wireframe internal Prism intranet sites using Figma and established design systems.
· Maintain, organize, and audit content across internal platforms to ensure consistency, accessibility, and clarity.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable content design.
· Optimize internal content for AI discoverability and contextual understanding, ensuring it meets emerging best practices for AI-assisted tools.
· Apply UX principles and user-centered design to support intuitive navigation and user flows within the Prism intranet ecosystem.
· Participate in design critiques, feedback sessions, and UX workshops.
· Help build and maintain internal content design standards and documentation.
Basic Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree
in Design, UX, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
with 2–4 years of prior relevant experience
, or a
Master’s degree
in a related field
with less than 2 years of relevant experience
.
· Strong working knowledge of
Figma
and experience using design systems in a collaborative environment.
· Basic understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and content structuring.
· Familiarity with information architecture and how content can support usability.
· Ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, and content strategy.
· Comfortable working with structured content and content management systems (CMS).
· A clear, concise writing style and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications.
· Exposure to content optimization for AI or machine learning platforms
· Experience with internal-facing tools, portals, or intranet environments.
· Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and usability testing principles.
