Role & responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design vision for complex digital service platforms, setting the standard for intuitive, user-centric experiences.

Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into impactful user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

Own and evolve the design system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and visual consistency across products.

Facilitate workshops and design reviews, driving alignment and providing mentorship to junior designers.

Advocate for user needs, bringing research and data-driven insights into every design decision.

Deliver production-ready assets in Figma and ensure high-fidelity implementation through close collaboration with developers.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of proven UI/UX experience, with a strong portfolio of SaaS or large-scale digital platforms.

Deep expertise in design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and collaborative design workflows.

Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers.

Solid understanding of agile product environments and cross-squad design delivery
