User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer) (Remote)

As a User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences
  • Design user journeys, task flows, personas, and interaction models grounded in data and behavioral insights
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and component libraries using modern design tools
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate behavior, transitions, and workflows
  • Participate in design critique, usability testing, and iterative refinement cycles
  • Contribute to inclusive design practices and accessibility (WCAG) compliance

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience working on web or digital product teams
  • Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from wireframes to delivered experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) , or equivalent design/prototyping tools
  • Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of any animation tools is a plus.
  • Strong visual design skills, typography, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles
  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS frameworks, component libraries) is a plus
  • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
