Founding Product Designer (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re stuck on something important.

People come to WisGrowth, take our career quiz, get a direction…

…and leave.

They don’t come back the next day.

They don’t take action.

They don’t build momentum.

On paper, the product works.

In reality, it doesn’t stick.

We’re not looking for someone to “improve UI.”

We’re looking for someone who can help answer:

👉 Why does clarity not turn into action?

👉 Why does insight not turn into habit?

👉 Why do users feel “done” instead of “just getting started”?

This is not a typical role.

It’s a
part-time, high-ownership collaboration
where you’ll work directly with the founder on solving real product problems.

Commitment:

~60–80 hours/month (flexible, async)

What we’re building

WisGrowth is an
AI-powered career companion.

Not a tool.

Not a report.

A system that should help people:

→ find direction

→ take small actions

→ build proof

→ and come back daily

Right now, we’re failing at the last part.

What we need

Someone who:

• thinks in user behavior , not screens
• simplifies instead of adding features
• understands motivation, friction, and loops
• can turn a one-time interaction into a repeatable experience

You don’t need to be perfect.

You need to be
sharp.

This is NOT for you if:

• your solutions = “add gamification / notifications / dashboards”
• you focus only on UI polish
• you need structured requirements to start

This IS for you if:

• you’ve felt: “this product should work… but something feels off”
• you enjoy breaking down why users drop off
• you care about why people act , not just what they click
• you like early-stage chaos more than structured environments

Before reaching out

Most users:

Without adding heavy features:
