Calling out Indonesian UI/UX Designer!

UI/UX Designer (Product Design – Web & Mobile)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the experience of our subscription-based food-tech platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and development team to transform complex real-world operations — from meal planning to delivery — into seamless digital experiences across mobile apps and internal dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and flows for mobile apps, admin dashboards, and internal tools
• Create clean, scalable, and consistent UI designs using Figma (or similar tools)
• Map and improve customer experience (CX) across the entire journey — from signup to delivery
• Translate business and operational workflows into clear digital interactions
• Develop and evolve our internal design system for consistency and reusability
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices
• Collaborate with developers to implement and iterate on design solutions
• Provide prototypes, visual assets, and developer-ready documentation
• Review implemented features to ensure UX quality and alignment

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and intuitive interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) for design, prototyping, and documentation
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
• Understanding of how UX impacts user retention and operational efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment
• Self-motivated and capable of aligning design with business and technical constraints
