Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, performing design thinking activities, creating visual designs, developing prototypes, and enhancing overall user experience (UX). The daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and user needs, developing wireframes and prototypes to visualize design ideas, testing designs with users to gather feedback, and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research techniques
• Strong Visual Design skills and a good understanding of User Experience (UX) principles
• Experience with Prototyping tools and methods
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in working with design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus
