Role Description – UI/UX Designer (Remote, Full-Time)

We are seeking a talented 
User Experience (UX) Designer
 to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes that enhance user experience across our digital products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and support production design efforts for our marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong skills in  Design Thinking  and  User Research
• Experience in Visual Design  and  User Experience (UX)
• Proficiency in Prototyping  tools and techniques
• Excellent  communication  and  collaboration  skills
• Ability to work  independently  and  remotely
• Experience in mobile application design  is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in  Design ,  Human-Computer Interaction , or a related field
• 3+ years  of hands-on experience with tools such as  Figma ,  InVision ,  Adobe XD ,  Miro/FigJam , and  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong grasp of  Responsive Design  principles (with portfolio examples)
• Basic understanding of  HTML/CSS  and how designs translate to code
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g.,  React ,  Vue ) is a plus
• Knowledge of  Accessibility (WCAG)  standards
• Proficiency in:
• User-Centered Design (UCD)
• Wireframing & Prototyping  (low to high fidelity)
• Visual Design & Typography
• Color Theory & Layout Design
• Design Systems & Component Libraries

Compensation & Growth

This position will begin as a 
temporary hire
 with a salary range of 
₦180,000 – ₦250,000
 per month. There is a strong potential for 
full-time conversion
 and a 
salary increase
 within 
90 days
, based on performance and goal achievement.
