About the position:
We seek a creative and proactive UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing innovative and intuitive experiences for mobile products targeted mainly at B2C audiences.
Our products are in the electric mobility sector, but prior experience in this industry is not required. We seek someone who enjoys researching, learning, and adapting to new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive and compelling user experiences
- Develop navigation flows, user journeys, and information architecture for seamless and coherent navigation
- Design and implement functional, visually appealing solutions
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to optimize interfaces continuously
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure efficient implementation of designs
- Stay updated on UX/UI best practices and market trends, applying these insights to projects
- Be able to justify your design decisions based on research, usability principles, and user needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your range, potential, and thinking process
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proficiency in designing for mobile interfaces (iOS and Android)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and usability best practices
- Passion for learning, researching, and staying updated on new trends and best practices in interface design
- Comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your time and deliverables effectively
- We are looking for team members located anywhere in Brazil to work remotely as PJ for our company based in Portugal.
Nice to have (optional)
- Interest in the electric mobility sector and a willingness to learn about it
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading and written communication)
- Experience in B2B products
