Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Designer at Superfan. The User Experience Designer will focus on creating user-centered design solutions to enhance the platform's usability and engagement. Daily tasks may include conducting user research, developing user personas, wireframing, prototyping, and refining visual design elements. The role will work closely with product teams to ensure the seamless integration of designs into the platform and the delivery of an appealing, functional user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and a strong ability to generate creative and user-centered design concepts
  • Experience conducting User Research and translating findings into actionable design insights
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and creating aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
  • Expertise in User Experience (UX) and Prototyping to develop and communicate design ideas effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to user needs
  • Familiarity with designing gamified or education-focused applications is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and remote team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience
