Job Description: Seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer for a full-time contractor role to support our internal healthcare products.
Required Tools Knowledge Figma Salesforce 5+ years of UX Design experiencePortfolio required
Key Responsibilities:** - Design Strategy: Lead design efforts to enhance client interactions with healthcare professionals. - Advocacy & Education: Promote human-centered design principles within the team. - User Research: Collaborate with UX and research teams to conduct user research, translating findings into actionable insights for design. - Information Architecture: Develop structured content frameworks to optimize user navigation and task efficiency. - User Flows/Wireframes: Create simplified, low-fidelity concepts to validate user journeys through feedback. - Prototypes: Generate interactive mockups for interface development and stakeholder presentations. - Stakeholder Presentations: Communicate designs and insights effectively to align and secure buy-in.
Additional Responsibilities: - Cross-team Collaboration: Work with business, research, product, and tech teams to address complex user challenges. - Proactive Solutions: Anticipate user needs and design effective solutions. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on healthcare digital trends and promote innovative ideas. - Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members through constructive discussions and critiques.
