About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead User Experience Designer to join our remote team, supporting the Lending and Credit Product Management division. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming the digital lending landscape by designing intuitive, efficient, and comprehensive end-to-end user experiences. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative solutions that optimize portfolio management processes for our associates and enhance the credit product experience for our clients, all while navigating complex platform architectures and adhering to regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers—to produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables that drive business success and elevate user satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence how financial services are delivered digitally, impacting thousands of clients and internal stakeholders across multiple markets in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in digital product design orHigh School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agile environmentProven experience working with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)Strong portfolio showcasing service design deliverables such as service blueprints, process maps, and user journeysDemonstrated expertise in UX/UI principles, human-centered design, and creating user flows, prototypes, and screensKnowledge of user research methodologies including interviews, personas, heuristics, and data insightsExperience in a B2B SaaS environment within highly regulated industries is preferredProficiency in Figma for creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and facilitate workshops effectivelyResilience and adaptability in handling feedback and evolving project needs

Responsibilities

Own and lead the UX design process for end-to-end flows and experiences within the nCino platform, utilizing Salesforce Lightning Design SystemDevelop comprehensive service blueprints that document client experiences, business processes, and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvementFacilitate and coordinate user research activities, including interviews and workshops, to gather insights and validate design conceptsTranslate research findings into actionable design solutions, including wireframes, user journeys, dashboards, and screen flowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business goalsCommunicate design rationale and service solutions effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment across stakeholdersGuide the team through user-centered design and design thinking best practices, promoting a culture of innovation and qualityMaintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process to ensure modern, effective experiences
