About the Role
We’re looking for a
Product Designer
to help us move faster and design smarter.
This role is not about “making UI pretty”.
It’s about removing friction from real workflows.
You’ll design how tasks are created, how freelancers deliver, how customers approve — and how the whole system feels inside Telegram.
What you’ll own
- Improve task flows (reduce steps, simplify actions, speed up decisions)
- Design clear states across the lifecycle (draft → approved)
- Create and refine UI for Telegram Mini App experience
- Optimize critical moments:
- task creation
- file delivery
- revisions
- approval & unlock
- Validate decisions via quick tests, feedback, and real usage
- Work closely with product & dev to ship fast without breaking clarity
You’re a great fit if you
- Have 3+ years in Product / UI/UX Design
- Think in flows, not screens
- Can simplify complex systems into clear actions
- Move fast and don’t wait for perfect briefs
- Can defend decisions with logic, not taste
- Are comfortable working in fast iteration cycles
