About the Role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with the product and development teams to build interfaces that are user-friendly and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design modern, clean, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless design implementation
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback
• Maintain consistency through design systems and style guides
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX tools and industry trends

Skills Required

• UI/UX design experience through projects or portfolio (mandatory)
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Understanding of design principles, responsive layouts & accessibility
• Creativity and strong problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Good to Have

• Experience working in agile environments
• Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animations
• Ability to present and justify design decisions
