About Accelerate AI

We're an AI automation studio building custom operational platforms for clients in the US, Australia, and Israel — think CRMs, client portals, AI voice agents, and automation systems for real estate, e-commerce, and proptech companies. We're a small, fast-moving team led by an ex-Amazon SDE3, shipping production work for paying clients every week.

The Role

We're hiring a Junior UX Designer to own the design layer across our client builds and our own products. You'll work directly with the founder (no design-by-committee), ship real interfaces every week, and see your work go live for actual end users — not sit in a portfolio.

What you'll work on

• Designing dashboards, client portals, and CRM interfaces in Figma
• Conversation flows and UI for AI voice agents and chatbots
• Landing pages and lead-gen funnels for clients
• Eventually, the design system for our upcoming SaaS product

You're a fit if

• You have 1-2 years of UX/UI experience (internships count) and a portfolio we can review
• You're fluent in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping
• You can think through user flows, not just push pixels
• You write and communicate clearly (we work async with international clients)
• Bonus: any exposure to AI products, no-code tools (GHL, Make, n8n), or B2B SaaS
