User Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative User Experience (UX) Designer to join our product development team. In this role, you will lead the design of engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Duties

  • Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors, translating insights into compelling design concepts.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Design responsive web interfaces and mobile applications that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal across various devices.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers utilizing Angular, React, or React Express to ensure seamless implementation of designs within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Perform usability testing, A/B testing, and analyze web analytics data such as Google Analytics 360 to refine user flows and improve overall experience.
  • Create detailed information architecture, user flows, layout designs, and interaction models that align with business requirements and design patterns.
  • Advocate for best practices in web accessibility standards and incorporate them into all design deliverables to ensure inclusive user experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products, including e-commerce platforms or similar environments.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs to facilitate collaboration with developers.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within cross-functional teams during product development cycles.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques and analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Omniture for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct user research, requirements gathering, wireframing, layout design, and usability testing effectively.
  • Experience designing for web accessibility standards and responsive web design principles across mobile devices and desktops.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret user feedback and web analytics to inform iterative improvements.

Pay: $85,244.41 - $132,659.94 per year
