Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 5 years of experience to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered, intuitive, and visually appealing designs that meet our business goals and user needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital products that delight our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and user experiences for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications
Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design principles
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Portfolio showcasing your design work and process
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Experience with design systems and style guides
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with design tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar
Experience with usability testing and user research methods
