Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be tasked with creating intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking to solve complex problems, creating prototypes, developing visual design assets, and ensuring optimal user experiences. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX design with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design principles and practices.
• Strong skills in Design Thinking and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with User Research, including gathering and analyzing user insights.
• Ability to create Prototypes and develop iterative design solutions.
• Expertise in Visual Design, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Optional but beneficial: experience in accessibility design standards and familiarity with front-end development basics.
