Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UX Designer. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating user-centered designs, and building prototypes to enhance user experiences. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and visually engaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and ability to apply it to solve user problems
• Experience conducting User Research to gather insights and understand user needs
• Proficiency in Visual Design and tools to craft aesthetically pleasing and functional solutions
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) and Prototyping for developing intuitive interfaces
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design is a plus
