Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable, and consistent user interfaces for web applications
• Create and maintain Design Systems and UI Kits to support long-term product growth
• Define user flows, journeys, and experience patterns for complex workflows
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, clear, and visually compelling designs
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards across all product areas
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under shifting priorities

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX design work
• Minimum 2+ years of professional design experience
• Deep understanding of B2B UI/UX design patterns, including:

1. Dashboards

2. Data tables

3. Multi-step workflows

• Solid experience creating and maintaining Design Systems
• Ability to move quickly from rough concept to polished prototype
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, component design, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication skills — you share progress, ask questions, and seek clarity
• High-ownership mindset — minimal hand-holding required
• Bonus: Experience with UX research, usability testing, or motion design

Tools We Expect You to Know

• Figma (primary design tool)
• Design systems & component libraries
• Prototyping tools (Figma Prototyping, Principle, ProtoPie, or similar)
• Bonus: Motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie), basic UX research tools (Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting)
