Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a User Experience Designer. The individual in this role will be responsible for conducting user research, developing user-centric design solutions, creating prototypes, and refining visuals to ensure user-friendly interfaces. The UX Designer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital products meet accessibility standards while delivering exceptional experiences to users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design and Design Thinking methodologies
• Strong skills in User Research and understanding of user behavior
• Experience with Visual Design and user interface aesthetics
• Ability to create and iterate on Prototyping models to achieve effective solutions
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and principles is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
