Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, creating wireframes, and designing user-centric visual interfaces. They will also develop prototypes and ensure end-to-end design solutions align with both user needs and company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to apply user-centered design methodologies to solve complex problems.
  • Experience in conducting User Research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Skill in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles, with attention to aesthetics and functionality.
  • Expertise in Prototyping tools and creating interactive design mockups.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of digital product lifecycles and user behavior analytics is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the music or entertainment industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
