Role Description

We’re seeking a creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial UX Designer to join as a founding team member. This role is equity-only at this stage, as we are actively pursuing funding. You’ll be a core part of shaping the product from the ground up and will share directly in the long-term upside of the company’s success.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with product and engineering in an Agile, Lean environment, turning bold ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs. As an early hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence product direction and help build a company positioned for rapid growth and, ultimately, a future IPO.

What You’ll Do

• Translate high-level concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to iterate quickly
• Advocate for the user while aligning with product and business goals
• Communicate design rationale clearly and thoughtfully

What We’re Looking For

• Strong UX design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates user-centered thinking
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, adaptable mindset
• Comfort with the ambiguity and opportunity of an early-stage startup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Design Thinking and User Research
• Visual design and prototyping expertise
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards (a plus)
