About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong product thinking, creativity, and a personal design voice — someone who can think independently, move fast, and bring ideas to life.

Not a pixel-pusher waiting for specs, but a designer who understands product logic, asks the right questions, and turns insights into beautiful, intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design app and web product experiences from concept to execution — architecture, user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
• Build and maintain a scalable Design System that ensures consistency across platforms.
• Continuously refine UI and interaction logic based on user research and feedback to improve usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life efficiently.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques that inspire product innovation.

Qualifications

• Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related fields (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, with exposure to end-to-end product design and launch.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Familiar with iOS / Android / Web interaction guidelines and cross-platform design principles.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to turn complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Excellent visual sense — able to design functional, user-friendly flows with a cohesive and refined aesthetic.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for fintech, Web3, gaming, or social products.
• Experience building and iterating 0 → 1 products or design systems.
• Knowledge of user research methods (usability testing, user interviews, etc.).
• Motion design and interactive prototyping skills.
• Overseas study or product experience, with an understanding of international user expectations.

• We place strong emphasis on your portfolio — especially projects focused on mobile app design.
• We value creative, interesting, and distinctive designs over safe or generic ones.
• Projects related to fintech or Web3 will earn extra credit.
