UI & Web Designer (Mid-Senior)

We're a small, fast-moving team and we need a designer who gets it — someone who can take a brief, run with it, and deliver work that's both beautiful and functional. If you have 4–5 years of UI and web design experience and a portfolio you're proud of, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Design responsive websites and UI interfaces from concept to handoff
• Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma
• Build and update pages in WordPress
• Prepare clean, developer-ready assets and specs
• Collaborate with the team, take feedback well, and iterate fast
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries

What We're Looking For

• 4 - 5 years of UI/web design experience with a strong portfolio
• Advanced Figma skills - components, auto layout, prototyping
• Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design
• Working knowledge of WordPress (page builders, themes, layouts)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Clear communicator who can explain their design decisions

Bonus Points

• Agency or remote team experience
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
