Job Title: UI/UX Product & Graphic Designer SaaS Platform

About the Role
We are seeking a UI/UX Product & Graphic Designer to craft an engaging, visually cohesive experience for our SaaS platform. This is a remote contract role (6–12 months) where you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams working in EST hours.
You’ll play a key role in transforming complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces, while also contributing to the overall visual identity and branding of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for web and mobile SaaS products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Produce graphic assets, icons, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure a seamless, consistent experience across all digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–9 years of proven experience in UI/UX and product design (preferably SaaS).
- Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS dashboards, web apps, or enterprise design work.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
- Ability to work US EST hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Healthcare, FinTech, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React basics for better design-to-dev collaboration.
- Exposure to motion design, AI-based interfaces, or data visualization.
