What You’ll Work On

• Redesign and modernise our existing SaaS product UI and UX.
• Architect AI-native interactions (assistants, agents, automation workflows, decision support).
• Create UX flows, prototypes, visual systems, and clean UI components.
• Conduct user interviews, research synthesis, and usability testing (lightweight and fast).
• Build or refine a scalable design system to support rapid development.
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineering as we iterate quickly.

Who We’re Looking For

• Battle-tested product designer with shipped SaaS or marketplace products (startup or growth stage ideal).
• Deep experience in UI/UX tools (Figma, etc.) and rapid prototyping.
• Strong UX research, interaction design, and system-thinking skills.
• Comfortable designing AI-forward experiences: chat interfaces, agent workflows, automated decision UX, predictive UIs.
• Skilled at simplifying complex workflows into clear, trust-building interfaces.
• Startup mindset: fast iteration, autonomous, scrappy when needed.
• Bonus experience:
• Construction, hospitality, sustainability tech or operational workflows
• B2B tools, logistics, procurement
• Contributions to open-source design systems or AI products
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Flutter)
