About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Staff Product Designer to lead the design of our platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience, ensuring every interaction is seamless, every screen is aesthetically pleasing, and every feature delights our users. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate closely with leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into elegant design solutions. Your primary focus will be to destroy complexity through thoughtful design, creating intuitive workflows that empower our users and elevate their experience. You will own the end-to-end design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, visual design, and interaction refinement. Developing and maintaining a consistent design language aligned with our brand and vision will be essential to ensure coherence across all touchpoints. Leveraging data, user feedback, and research insights, you will continuously iterate and improve the user journey. Your leadership will inspire the team to push creative boundaries and deliver a product that is not only functional but also memorable. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates based in European or American (up to East Coast) time zones, enabling effective collaboration across our distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capabilities.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end product design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Whimsical; mastery of design systems and style guides.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to think creatively and push conventional boundaries to craft differentiated user experiences.
• A deep passion for design, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Experience or familiarity with short-term rental or Airbnb hosting is a significant plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, ideally within European or American time zones.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and leadership, to define and execute the product vision.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize the user journey.
• Prototype and iterate on design solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic quality.
• Drive innovation by exploring new design trends and integrating them into our platform to enhance user engagement.
• Mentor and inspire design team members, fostering a culture of creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and driving consensus.
