The Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Product Designer who is equally passionate about beautiful visuals and meaningful user experiences. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our product development process — translating complex problems into intuitive, elegant, and delightful digital experiences across both mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platforms.
You won't just be making things look good — you'll own the design process end-to-end, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final handoff.
What You'll Do
User Experience & Research
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Translate research insights into actionable design decisions that improve the overall product experience
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows that guide the product roadmap
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
UI Design – Mobile & Web
- Design visually stunning, pixel-perfect interfaces for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications
- Build and maintain a consistent design system, component library, and style guide across all platforms
- Ensure designs adhere to platform-specific guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design) while maintaining brand consistency
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows that clearly communicate design intent
Collaboration & Process
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements and shape product strategy from a design perspective
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure seamless and accurate implementation of designs
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Participate in sprint planning, design critiques, and cross-functional workshops
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and web projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (experience with FigJam, Protopie, or Principle is a plus)
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Hands-on experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, with knowledge of their respective design guidelines
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive web design best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing (moderated and unmoderated)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — enough to collaborate effectively with developers

Nice to Have
- Experience in design thinking workshops or service design
- Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or FullStory for user analytics and testing
- Basic motion design skills (micro-interactions, transitions) using After Effects or Lottie
- Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer apps
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Pay: $20.00 per hour
