UI/UX + Product + Marketing Focused

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, product-centric design leader who operates at the intersection of UI/UX, Product Management, and Marketing.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. This position requires someone who understands:
- Product strategy
- User experience
- Go-to-market positioning
- Executive storytelling
- Brand systems
- AI-driven product environments
You will work closely with Product Managers, AI engineers, marketing teams, and leadership to shape how products are built, positioned, and communicated — internally and externally.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a Product Manager, designs like a UX leader, and communicates like a marketing strategist.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & UX
- Translate product strategy into intuitive UX flows and interface concepts
- Develop lightweight mockups and product visuals that support engineering development
- Create user journey maps, flows, and experience frameworks
- Collaborate with PMs to align UX decisions with business and growth goals
- Help define product positioning through experience design
Marketing & Go-To-Market
- Develop narrative-driven pitch decks for executive demos, investors, and customer presentations
- Translate complex AI workflows into compelling product stories
- Align product visuals with marketing messaging and brand strategy
- Support product launches with clear, consistent visual storytelling
Branding & Visual Systems
- Design and scale visual identity systems (logos, typography, color systems, guidelines)
- Establish consistent presentation templates and design standards
- Elevate rough decks and materials into polished, executive-ready assets
- Build scalable visual frameworks across multiple product initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with AI engineers, scientists, and PMs to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Simplify complex technical documentation into digestible visual narratives
- Support leadership in product reviews and strategic planning presentations
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Marketing Design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- UX flows and interface thinking
- Pitch deck and executive storytelling
- Brand and visual system development
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong expertise in Google Slides or Keynote
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual composition
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Ability to align design decisions with business and growth metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at large technology companies or high-growth startups
- Experience supporting product managers or working closely with product leadership
- Familiarity with AI, multimodal LLMs, or technical product environments
- Front-end development experience (HTML/CSS/React basics a plus)
- Experience in UX research, user testing, or prototyping tools
- Experience defining scalable design systems
