JD – UI/UX DESIGNER
Time-5:30AM Morning IST to 2:30PM IST Afternoon
Work from home
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX developer or a related role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
