🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of core flows, dashboards, charts, and interaction patterns for a trading platform.
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend/frontend engineers, and QA to ensure design integrity through implementation.
- Conduct usability tests, heuristic reviews, and iterate designs based on data and feedback.
- Create and maintain UI kits, design system, style guides, and component libraries.
- Advocate for UI/UX best practices and guide decisions using user research, metrics, and industry standards.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a UI/UX designer, especially in FinTech, trading, or finance-related products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing dashboards, data visualization, trading / financial apps, or complex web applications.
- Skilled in design & prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility.
- Ability to iterate quickly, handle feedback, and deliver pixel-perfect designs in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English — you’ll present designs and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Remote-working discipline, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
