Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to transform complex ideas into elegant and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Design and maintain style guides, UI components, and design systems for consistency.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve usability and optimize the user journey.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects (web and/or mobile apps).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar .
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of responsive design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
