Altereve is a product and visual design labs based in Toronto 🇨🇦.
We're a fully remote, async company with a team spread across the Philippines 🇵🇭, working flexible hours from 11am-8pm PHT, Monday to Friday.
We dislike meetings as much as you do. We've built a process where we reduced our meetings by 99%.
We value autonomy, accountability, and transparency in our day-to-day.
We're an equal-opportunity employer and committed to building a diverse team.
Competitive salary 💸, paid leaves 🌴, educational stipends 📚, HMO 🏥, guaranteed annual raise 📈, and year-end bonuses 🧧.
We take pride in supporting our team's growth and success, both inside and outside the Labs.
