Responsibilities
- Translate project requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Optimize existing user journeys and interfaces based on data and user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design (web + mobile).
- Proficiency in Figma is a must (Auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and functional UI designs.
- Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Basic understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous relevant projects (required).
