Jourma is a Travel SuperApp for Türkiye, bringing together restaurant price comparisons, insider audio guides, and AI-planned trips. We move fast and ship weekly — building tools that make exploring Türkiye seamless and inspiring.

The role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can own the end-to-end design process for our mini-apps and features. You’ll craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable mobile experiences while working closely with engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead design from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and delivery
• Maintain Jourma’s Figma source of truth: components, tokens, Auto Layout, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation, with clear specs and platform notes (iOS/Android)
• Contribute to our design system and enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and data

Must-haves

• Experience designing consumer mobile apps end-to-end
• Expert in Figma (components, variables, Auto Layout, prototyping)
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
• Solid understanding of iOS HIG & Material 3, accessibility, and mobile patterns
• Professional English; Turkish is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with travel, maps, or data-heavy UIs
• Familiarity with design systems, localization, and analytics/A/B testing
