About The Role
We are seeking passionate and talented UI/UX Designer Interns to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and high-performance digital experiences for our core platform. Your primary focus will be on designing user interfaces for various components such as the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Vetting Engine, Consultant Portal, and Client Dashboard. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real product screens, engage with actual users, and influence tangible outcomes. You will be instrumental in transforming complex enterprise workflows into simple, user-friendly interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. The role provides hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Figma, enabling you to develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes that directly impact our product development cycle. Mentorship from seasoned product and engineering leaders will support your growth, and your contributions will help shape the future of our platform on a global scale.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will be students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals with a strong interest in product design, UI/UX, or visual interaction design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is essential. A solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles is required to create inclusive and effective user interfaces. Candidates should possess a compelling portfolio or project work that demonstrates real-world design thinking, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills. A high level of ownership, proactive feedback incorporation, and a collaborative mindset are highly valued. Bonus points are awarded to those with an interest in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS interfaces, as well as familiarity with enterprise workflows and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design key user journeys that enhance platform usability. You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate complex workflows into simple, engaging interfaces. Your work will involve designing layouts for various platform components such as consultant profiles, dashboards, workflow automation tools, and vetting interfaces. You will work with developer-ready design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product. Contributing fresh ideas and applying design thinking to influence the product roadmap will be encouraged. You will also iterate rapidly based on user feedback, business goals, and usability testing results to refine your designs continuously. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our platform remains intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and company objectives.
