Role Description

Sors Collective is hiring a
full-time remote UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic Design expertise
to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences.

You will own the
end-to-end design process
— from user research and problem definition to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with product and development teams to transform ideas into seamless, user-first solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Develop high-quality visual designs, mockups, and brand-aligned assets
  • Translate business and user requirements into functional, elegant design solutions
  • Collaborate with developers for seamless implementation
  • Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX + Graphic Design work (MANDATORY)
  • Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and scalable design systems
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and iteration cycles
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (good to have)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
