Role Description
This is a remote role for a part-time equity based Product Designer. The Product Designer will be responsible for ideating, creating, and refining user-centered designs for innovative AI-powered HR products. Core responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, applying design thinking principles, creating prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive, functional designs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, with an ability to apply iterative design processes for problem-solving
- Experience in User Research and UX Research to understand user behavior and needs, and inform design decisions
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-driven applications or HR technology is advantageous
