Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our AI-powered products. The role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing high-fidelity UI components, and collaborating with engineers to bring designs to life. You will shape how enterprise clients interact with complex AI workflows, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for AI-powered enterprise applications

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts

• Develop and maintain a consistent design system with reusable components and style guidelines

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on usability testing

• Collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers to ensure accurate implementation

• Translate complex AI workflows into clean, intuitive user experiences

• Produce high-fidelity mockups and assets ready for development handoff

• Create marketing and presentation materials as needed (decks, social media assets, product visuals)

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design

• Proficiency in Figma (required) for design, prototyping, and collaboration

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture

• Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications

• Solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design methodology

• Excellent visual design skills including typography, colour theory, and layout

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks

• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer or InVision

• Working knowledge of Miro or FigJam for user journey mapping and ideation

• Experience with Canva for quick marketing collateral

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate developer collaboration

• Previous work designing enterprise SaaS or AI-powered products

• Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, After Effects)
