About the Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital interfaces that resonate with our users. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into seamless user experiences. Your expertise in Figma and micro-interactions will be instrumental in elevating our product design standards. Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript will be considered a valuable asset, enabling more effective collaboration with development teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in UI/UX design for digital products, with a proven portfolio demonstrating their ability to craft compelling user interfaces. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a good understanding of usability, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. Experience designing micro-animations, transitions, and interactive states is highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to think through entire user journeys, not just individual screens. A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio and relevant experience are the most important criteria.
Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
Design micro-interactions and animations that enhance usability, provide feedback, and create delightful user experiences.
Ensure all designs are practical, developer-friendly, and aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and incorporate feedback.
Maintain consistency across all digital assets by adhering to design systems and style guides.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
