About The Role
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the training and enhancement of state-of-the-art AI models. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing and refining how AI systems interpret, generate, and evaluate design elements such as interfaces, layouts, visuals, and overall user experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing detailed feedback on AI outputs, helping to improve the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, including command over grammar, style, and brand voice, are required to provide clear and constructive feedback. While a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates relevant experience and skills. Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual assets to assess quality and alignment with design principles.
• Evaluate the correctness, performance, and usability of outputs produced by AI models.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help train AI systems to better understand aesthetic qualities and user-centered design principles.
• Assist in refining AI understanding of visual and interaction design, contributing to the development of more intuitive and visually appealing AI-generated content.
• Participate in AI training projects, including critique, evaluation, and iterative improvement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design standards and AI training objectives.

Compensation for general AI training projects starts at $20+ USD per hour, while design-focused projects begin at $40+ USD per hour, with additional bonuses available for exceptional work.
