About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at The Website Times. You’ll design high-end website interfaces that are visually refined, user-centered, and optimized for AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, clarity in thought, and enjoys turning ideas into digital experiences that feel clean and intuitive.
You’ll receive in-depth training directly from the founder to learn our design systems, content processes, and workflow. From crafting layouts and messaging to preparing mockups and social visuals, this role offers hands-on exposure to the complete journey of creating modern websites that balance design precision and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design elegant, user-focused website interfaces using Figma or similar tools.
- Create structured, developer-ready designs optimized for AI-based code generation tools like Locofy and Anima by maintaining:
- Clear layer organization and naming conventions
- Consistent typography, spacing, and reusable components
- Defined responsive breakpoints for mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Conduct detailed research on competitors, audiences, and industry trends to align design and messaging with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with the front-end developer to ensure accurate design implementation and visual consistency.
- Prepare clear, engaging website messaging and content with the help of AI tools (like ChatGPT).
- Design and refine icons, graphics, and other visual assets using Illustrator or Photoshop when needed.
- Prepare mockups and presentation visuals for the websites you design, ensuring they are polished and impactful for client presentations.
- Collaborate on the creation of social media posts, especially those related to website design tips and insights, designed in Figma.
- Develop responsive prototypes and layouts for multiple devices.
- Participate in frequent check-in meetings, especially during onboarding, to ensure learning and progress.
- Analyze client briefs carefully and extract meaningful insights to guide design direction.
Required Skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
- Experience with Figma (auto layout, components, variants, and responsive design).
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong writing and communication skills for web content and messaging.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web structure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to business objectives.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and openness to continuous learning.
Bonuses & Rewards
- Project-based bonuses: ₹500 to ₹3,000 per project (based on complexity).
Average expected bonus ₹6,000/month.

Technical Requirements
- Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
- Computer/laptop with Windows 10 (64-bit) or later and at least 8 GB RAM.

Job Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: ₹30,000/month (base after confirmation) + project-based bonuses (avg ₹6,000/month) + performance rewards

Probation Period: 3–6 months (based on learning speed and performance)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: Flexible (Meetings between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST)
