We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing high-conversion e-commerce stores and has complete command of Figma. This role is strictly for professionals who understand both visual excellence and conversion-driven design.
This is not a visual-only role. You will be expected to design with intent, scalability, and development feasibility in mind.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
E-commerce UI/UX Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for e-commerce stores including homepages, collection pages, product pages, carts, and checkout flows
- Create conversion-focused layouts based on user behavior, CRO principles, and business objectives
- Ensure strong visual hierarchy, clarity, accessibility, and usability across all screens
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Figma Ownership (Non-Negotiable)
- Use Figma at an expert level including:
- Auto Layout mastery
- Component systems and variants
- Design systems and libraries
- Constraints and responsive behavior
- Prototyping for real user flows
- Developer-ready handoff
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured Figma files suitable for long-term product growth
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Project Managers and Developers to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and developer-friendly
- Incorporate feedback efficiently without compromising design quality
- Participate in design reviews and iteration cycles
Quality & Consistency
- Ensure brand consistency across all screens and touchpoints
- Maintain design standards across multiple projects
- Take ownership of design quality from concept to final delivery
Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma. This role requires deep knowledge of every core Figma capability
- Proven experience designing Shopify or e-commerce stores
- Strong understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, and user psychology
- Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
- Strong attention to detail and layout precision
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agency-style environments
Hiring Criteria & Evaluation Process

Job Application Form + Sample Task
Shortlisted candidates will receive a detailed job application form along with a
mandatory design sample task.
This task is used to evaluate:
- UX thinking and layout logic
- Figma structure and component usage
- Visual hierarchy and conversion awareness
- Attention to detail and execution quality
IQ Test Meeting
Candidates who pass the sample task stage will be scheduled for an IQ-based evaluation meeting focused on logical thinking, problem-solving, and structured reasoning.
Technical Interview
This stage evaluates:
- Design decision-making
- Figma workflows and scalability
- Real-world e-commerce design scenarios
Final Interview
Final candidates are assessed for ownership mindset, collaboration ability, and long-term fit.
Only candidates who successfully pass all stages will be considered.
