Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Tax Wellness LLC, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our tax and accounting software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to develop an outstanding user experience that is both efficient and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points in the tax and accounting domain.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to map out seamless user journeys.
• Visual Design: Design engaging user interfaces that align with modern design principles and industry trends, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Interaction Design: Define and design intuitive interactions and animations that enhance the user experience without overwhelming functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product aligns with user expectations and business goals.
• Iterative Design: Utilize feedback from user testing and analytics to refine and improve designs continuously.
• Design Systems: Help develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency in UI components across various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or accounting software domains.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate complex processes into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tax or accounting software.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
